Video renamer with .funscript name

tired of downloading videos where the video name doesn’t match the .funscript name, vibecoded this:

  • you can right click any .funscript and select “rename video with this script”

  • it opens a file selector, on left, the names of the last 30 videos on the same folder, selecting a video generates preview frames, you can also see the original name on top, select the right video and press “rename selected video”, it will rename the video with the funscript name

steps to install:
I guess it requires having python installed Download Python | Python.org
then download this Gofile - Cloud Storage Made Simple (seems the file will expire in 10 days, need a better hosting)
run “install (run as admin).bat” as admin

if you want to remove it, just run “Remove_Funscript_Rename_Menu.reg”

Not sure this is any easier then the way i currently do it, but thanks anyway. This should be standard practice though, but beggars can’t be choosers.

updated, it now generates previews on a % of the video duration isntead of straight seconds (so now it requires ffprobe.exe) also it automatically selects the last video downloaded by default
