Figured it was about time to properly introduce myself…I have decided to do so coinciding with the release of what I feel to be my greatest VR PMV of all time.
Less than an hour ago I released [VR PMV] Trippin’ in Candyland on SLR, which you can view here:
You can also view all of my high quality 8k VR PMVs on my creators page here:
A lot of work went into this PMV and I strongly believe it is my greatest one yet. This VR PMV runs for 28 minutes and 30 seconds, with nearly every second of it being heavily edited with tons of detail. Nearly all of my content has scripts attached to it.
I have only been creating VR PMVs for two months now and I am a one man show. I started with no fans, no name, no nothing. In these few months I have started to gain a following of some of the best fans someone could ask for. So much so that I have decided to create one custom VR PMV (and upload it publicly to SLR) every month to a random fan (join the VRhythm discord to opt in) based entirely on their preferences and favourite scenes.
Part of what makes TiC (Trippin’ in Candyland) so special to me is really how it came about. I would send out emails to other studios asking for permission to use their content. Of what seemed like dozens of emails I finally received a response. Swallowbay thought it could be an interesting idea. Personally some of my favourite content comes from Swallowbay so I was very happy they got back to me. I immediately set out to work. It is my hope that more studios will see this so that I may have even more material to work for with VR PMVs.
A bit more about me. I quit my job and took out 2 loans (for rent and equipment) to pursue this full time. It is my hope I can continue this far into the future. I am infinitely grateful to SLR for providing a platform for myself to legally create and monetize this material.
If you wish to support myself further and see more of this content, the best way to do so is by watching / downloading my videos, commenting and liking, subscribing to my creators page, and joining and being active in my discord (link above). For those feeling even more extra, you can also buy myself a coffee on ko-fi should you feel inclined at https://ko-fi.com/vrhythm
The fans I have gained have been the most invaluable part of this experience. Before this I never received much praise for much of anything I have done, so it is absolutely amazing to see all the support. I read every single comment and try to reply as much as possible. Please let me know your thoughts on [VR PMV] Trippin’ in Candyland as well as anything else that may be on your mind.
…weirdly enough i caught some of your material for the first time the other night, it’s excellent, you’ve managed to bring a pretty unique (for VR) tranced out, trip like, goon state to VR, i’m pretty certain there’s nobody else even trying to do what you’ve accomplished in the field, props to you mate, don’t stop… xD
Yeah I don’t support that pos site so cannot support you unfortunately. Should your content be available outside of SLR (doubt unfortunately) one day then I’ll will check it out. Hope everything works out for you!
I just got set up on VRporn. I am still a bit new to their system of when / how they upload things. But one of my videos is up now. More (including Candyland) will follow shortly
…that’s awesome! ‘Candyland’ would really benefit from a decent script as well, the AI one on [redacted] completely loses the plot when asked to use its imagination or expected to reference a beat…
Signed up just to say this is the greatest video I have ever seen. Ticks every box imaginable. Hope you make a successful career out of and I wish you all the best.
…the really sad thing is, almost all VRhythm’s videos on SLR were getting some really interesting and original scripts made for them, perfectly integrated with the visuals, it was truly one of the last original things left on SLR, but then SLR did their usual bullshit, and another amazing creator was struck down. Fortunately, he’s still making awesome videos, but the whole script interaction element was killed. By SLR. Go figure…
