I have ordered an SR6 w/twist, but I have yet to get a sleeve/fleshlight for it yet. I wanted to know what the best options are. Cheap or expensive I don’t really care.

I recently tried “Sho Akuma” and “Fleshlight Turbo” Original. Sho Akuma is a 10/10 for me Fleshlight Turbo is an 8/10 a little too intense, but if you want something super unique feeling it’s highly recommended by others.
Only other one’s i’ve tried over the years are “Alexis Texas” and “Riley Reid Mouth”, the prior is a 3/10 the latter a 6/10.
I’ve also used Handy sleeves and they’re truly fantastic, unfortunately I’ve found they don’t translate the extra movements very well with OSR2+ SR6, you would need a custom mod that gives them a solid frame but i’ve never built or used anything like that.

So I’m going to assume you have a case for the sleeve or an adapter that’ll fit the receiver. If you get adapter for onaholes you have access to that whole section.
Otherwise, boost is not bad, Turbo recommended.

My top two after testing my entire collection (not turbo yet) are
- Angel (Kendra Sunderland)
- Thunder (Megan Rain)
I choose either one depending if I want variation and stimulation vs intensity and tightness that day

For Twist I would pick the Fantasysleeve Lilith Fukumoto
If you look at the picture of the inside, especially on a bit slower scripts you can really feel those tentacles flick along your head, which is an absolute highlight.
But this all depends on personal taste/sensitivity/girth etc. I´m more on the larger side, and my go to sleeve for use with the SR6 are the Madison Ivy Beyong (looks relatively simple, but is really great. Since it´s not too tight it also works pretty well with faster scripts like pmv´s) or as a pretty recent addition Eva Angelina Smolder
The third option I favor right now is a fleshlight of the month from a while back, so sadly you can no longer get this one.
But I would test it out over time, everyone is different. I can just say that you shouldn´t use the superintense sleeves as a start because the top intensitysleeves just cause me going numb, feeling less than the other way around; which is why I use different sleeves depending on my mood, if I will watch normal sexscenes or faster paced pmv´s/hmv´s or cock heros.

This one should work decently. Especialy if you double strap it.
The handy sleeve problem is that its soft, so while you can strap the bottom, even if the device rotates, the top is just pushed wherever your dick goes, which negates rotating effects. This extra strap point prevents that from happening.

Oh yeah this would be a big improvement. I have a 3D printer and 2 handy straps already so I might try to create my own so I can use the handy sleeves I have. Thanks for the link! I’ll share feedback and STL files when I actually get around to creating and testing it.
