I’ve been using the Handy for 1,5 years now with no complains. Love it. I’m always looking for the next thing or to at least add to the Handy experience. Lately Ive been throwing poppers into the mix while using the Handy and funscripts for PMV’s with popper prompts.
So what’s next? I sometimes see stuff like E-Stim and in the ScriptPlayer I can see I can connect to Estim, Funstim and buttplug.
Can anyone explain to me what these things are, what the best products in these categories are, where to get them and how to combine them with the (mostly PMV) funscripts I use with the Handy?
I envision this utopia where the Handy is jerking me off, a buttplug is adding anal feedback and estim is… uhhh… I don’t know what it does, estimming? If anyone could take the time to walk me through all this I’d be very grateful!
For EEstim in combination with Handy, I would say keep it to the butt.
Stimulating the penis while using a stroker makes you lose the sensation of the penile stimulation, same nerves in use.
For highest quality EEstim powerboxes, I guess it is between E-stim Systems 2B vs. Erostek MK-312BT.
2B for a smoother feeling, MK-312BT for a more unfiltered estim.
(There are more powerboxes, but I believe these two are top ranked.)
E-Stim Systems insertables are to my knowledge the top for EEstim buttplugs.
Everyone is different, so it will be varied results for boxes and contacts to use.
Simplest EEstim connection would be 2 CR loops (Conductive Rubber loops), one around the corona and one at the base of the shaft.
Your cock will get numb.
Tri-phase is heavenly. (3 contact points instead of 2/4)
Might take awhile to get used to settings, setups, sensations and getting to EEstim orgasm.
Thanks. I looked up the E-stim Systems 2B and it looks pretty complicated and expensive, not gonna lie. So it comes with these patches, I should place them around my anus and scrotum I guess? Or can I buy (for instance) dildo’s that are compatible seperately?
How would you describe the feeling of the shocks you get? Like sudden muscle tension or something? Does it influence the pelvic floor? Im just trying to wrap my head around it, it seems more complicated than the Handy not gonna lie lol.
I would say 2B is the simplest option of those 2 I listed.
Like sudden muscle tension.
Depends on if signal is pulsing or continous.
Placement of trodes decides if it affects pelvic floor.
You have to make the signal go through the area you want to affect.
Patches, I think you can simply put one behind balls and one at the pubic area if you want to stimulate pelvic floor.
Hairless. EEstim and hair will you make you have a bad time.
Instead of dildo I woud suggest a bipolar buttplug from E-Stim Systems.
“The Moaner” I think is their best seller.
Maybe a bipolar buttplug and connect from the inner trode to a patch behind balls would get the pelvic floor stimulation.
You could also just use a bipolar buttplug and use both connections and experience a “ghostfuck”.
I’ve been trying to come up with an answer for a bit now, but I honestly just can’t really answer without knowing what your expectations are. You seem to want to pair it with other toys like a Handy, so I’m guessing you’re not intending on using funscripts to E-Stim?
The E-Stim spectrum is quite vast, to be frank. You can do so many things with it. If you just want to introduce a new kink, a simple Tens could do the trick for you. But trust me when I tell you that you could have mind blowing hands free orgasms with only 3 electrodes and a sterostim box and the last thing that’ll be on your mind is that Handy. It just depends on how far you’re willing to go equipment wise.
I’m also compelled to tell you that Poppers and E-Stim are a very addictive combo. Thread carefully.
The Estim Systems 2B is garbage for funscript conversions. It has a heavy-handed audio processor built in, which filters out a lot of the abrupt changes the stim signal uses in funscript/stroker files. The creator themselves has said often that the 2B was designed for music-audio and not custom e-stim audio…which is, IMO, both covering their butts for liability and a ridiculous reason when the expensive device is primarily used for custom e-stim files!
But they are stubborn af and DO NOT take input from customers very well. Their electrodes are top-notch - this is worth mentioning, but the 2B itself isn’t much more than a glorified TENS.
The DG-Labs Coyote is growing in favor.
The ET-312 / MK-312 is a less aggressive processor, and is more or less the gold standard for commercial devices.
For funscript-conversions to e-stim, your best bet is a DIY stereostim device, there will be no audio filtering and will give you the full range of sensations. But there are no safety metrics, so you do need to examine each file before you use it to ensure it has no surprises.
For combined use with a Handy or similar stroker, I agree that butt action is the way to go - but also you can put an electrode pad or loop around the whole package and trigger the perineum nerves in conjunction with the buttplug - it will make a bit of a “come hither” action and sensation, rubbing the prostate.
I’ve recently gotten into the Lovense toys and the Edge2 with a stroker is pretty intense, these can be vibrated according to a funscript too. But you don’t have much control over the power of the vibe, it basically runs at 100%.
It doesnt need to be 100% . When using the right program the edge2 can adjust itself and does so relatively quickly. And as long as you have 2 vibration scripts for a video, it can fully utilize the edge2.
You can probably even use vibration scripts for estim and vice versa. Although for estim going 100% in power is generaly not what you want, but as long as the device that is being used allows you to adjust its power, it will work.
I’m talking about overall strength, not the power changes from script movement/adjustments - within the Lovense app environment you have some control over the strength of the vibe with any given pattern that fluctuates in power, but that is of course missing when outside the native app.
Simply as a note so folks don’t leap off their seat…
And yes, funscripts can be converted to e-stim, and it’s pretty common. There is a piece of software called “Restim” which makes it possible to not just play scripts but adjust various details on the fly.
Multifunplayer has a range limiter, and that can scale the vibrations down to cap at for example 70%. It can also prevent it turning off where the script would say 0, as it then only goes down to 10%.
(and yes, if its upper cap is at 70, and the lower at 10, if it says 75 in the script, it will be closer to 55 in strength (even though you can send 100 strengths, the edge doesnt realy have 100 strengths to work with so it rounds it to a value it can do).
This is a very cheap and pleasant recent addition to the mix for me

Im sad to say, but its not the first time where apple has bad support for niche things. It doesnt change anything i said on that.
The edge can be fully controlled outside of the lovense app, its just that most applications are made for windows. And when they start using things like the .net framework, converting these isnt going to be easy either.
With some luck you can find one that is made in java and get that to run. Its one of the few languages that realy benefits on this end (except java has its own issues with it). But i dont know any funscript players that do this (and work on apple devices).
But yeah, since most software is made for windows, apple/linux users are mostly out of luck, although linux users can in theory still go for dual boot or emulate things.
Idealy the lovense app would start to give this support, but i do suspect they might not be interested in making such feature (there can be a lot of problems from making this possible).
But who knows if they would actualy do this feature request for apple users. As in the end, it does add a feature to their devices that can be used marketing wise. I would say its worth to try at least. If they add the feature the problem is gone, if not you at least tried.
I do have a windows device running 11, and I’ve been checking out scriptplayer as it seems more intuitive and I got it up and running quickly with vid and script. I gave MFP a go… but it’s not linking with either VLC or native media player, despite doing many of the things suggested in a bunch of threads here. I’m no coder, and I’m not about to start mucking about on a device I need for work, too. Shame, because it seems like MFP can give better power control, and restim seems made for it too.
Frustrating because I’m older and trying to figure out this stuff that the rest of y’all seem to have no problems implementing, and “git gud or get left” mindset of some of the respondents in other threads I searched for help in, really turns ya off to trying.
