Looks like that might be the original HMV upload.
There’s no complex editing, so you could recreate it using better quality music and video sources.

I have zero editing skills so would appreciate if someone could recreate it in higher quality.

I went and upscaled it to 4k and in AV1 1080p (after upscaling).
