Would Like Some Help Troubleshooting OSR2

Hello! I recently bought an OSR2 from MOSAIC, and I have been unable to use it since I got it. It receives power when I plug it into the wall, but it does not move or jitter when I connect the USB to my PC. However, it does recognize the device under COM 3. There is a red light that turns on in the back, but that is about it.

There is no movement or jittering to life when it becomes plugged. I did own a previous OSR2, so perhaps that could be the issue? But I’m not too sure on how to fix it. I’ve been stumped just resetting drivers, deleting, reinstalling, using different cables, so some help would be very much appreciated

Well, I got it to move but not I am having a different issue. Whenever I play a video, the OSR2 goes nuts. It starts moving on all axis and moves inwards whenever it strokes.

MOSAIC should probably help you out with this issue. It doesn’t sound like anything is physically wrong with the OSR, definitely sounds like a software/mapping thing. What program are you using to run scripts?

If all servo’s are moving and none are stiff when you have the power off and slightly moving them, then it sounds like it’s an software issue and maybe you need to re-flash it. However it is best to wait for M0SAIC to respond before doing anything like that.

Yeah, I had to re-flash mine from M0SAIC, which got them moving, but even then the left axes weren’t working. Hopefully it can get fixed, just have to wait a while for responses
