Hello everyone! Been using the XBVR / DeoVR / Quest 3 / Keon Kiiroo setup for a few now with videos on a local network storage. While using my Quest 3, I still login to SLR in DeoVR to connect to the Keon and when browsing to XBVR afterwards, I still see all my videos and although they play, no script action to accompany. Hoping someone might have the answer to it. Thanks! Also wondering if i need a 3rd party software, since it was my understanding that with the heresphere option it was necessary i was able to connect to my pc with Intiface Central.

xbvr stores the scripts and sends them along with the video to the player. It is up to the player to take the script and send it to your device.
HereSphere will control the Kiiroo via Bluetooth. You can use the Quest version of HereSphere, enter the xbvr URL, and everything should just work from there. This is what I do, although I’m using the Handy 2 Pro via wifi and xbvr is running on my NAS.
There is also a PC version of HereSphere available from Steam. In that case you can use the free Quest Steam Link app to connect to Steam and access HereSphere. Then control of the Kiiroo would depend on HereSphere and your PC’s Bluetooth. I find PC’s Bluetooth can be more finicky.

I have used XBVR like you describe for years. DeoVR, and connect to my Handy while at SLR, then change to XBVR. It worked great. Today, it just doesn’t. There is a popup about the Handy being disconnected as the browser in DeoVR changes site.
It’s not about the scripts. They show as available at XBVR through DeoVR for the vids that have them. But since the device connection is lost, and DeoVR doesn’t have the device tab in the settings when not at SLR, the scripts aren’t used.

DeoVR has been disabling and changing features for non-SLR use cases for months now with each new release. The recommendation on the xbvr Discord is to use HereSpehre.

Hi thanks for the replay! But quick question how do you connect the meta quest to the Keon i have tried directly connect thru bluetooth but it doesnt play the script any ideas how? Also i have tried connecting first to SLR and then go to heresphere XBVR and the script doesnt play 
You need to connect the Keon from inside HereSphere - not through the Quest Settings Bluetooth menu. The control is on the bottom left of the HereSphere UI.
