I will start by saving everyone a search engine visit for the obscure term:

PREFACE
For this project, I wrote quite a bit of story and aimed to make this a CYOA-style game themed around ZZZ and loosely touching some other Hoyoverse titles as well. As you can see in the map below, there was a considerable quantity of user-generated content that made this possible. So, if you were a creator that contributed a Free Script to the community (especially if it was snagged and used here) I first want to say: THANK YOU.

This project is not something I could have done alone. All credits to artists and their funscript poster are included in the round names. If some madman wants to try linking them all, that would be helpful to others.

Special shout-out to @SaekoM as well for not only making this possible out of pure passion, but for listening to feedback and making some of the mechanics actually work in a fun way! Truly a beast of a creator and one worth supporting.

NOTES:
When playing, I highly recommend stopping at the checkpoints if you are not going to make it past around 15m of content and have no desire to reset. It would be a shame to lose progress! I added in large skips to get back to each ACT, so if you want to skip closer to a scene that is an option. It does not break story continuity but you will be missing out if you skip right away. Also, you may find it difficult to gather enough dennies to make it to the “true” ending if you engage in big skips!

No loli characters were included as part of the main story cast, as I knew that was going to be a point of concern for some. I can’t attest for each HMV frame, but suffice to say it is never a focus. Also, Pulchra is included (definitely furry territory) but only in an opt-in section with several other options. It’s hot if you’re into it but I went for the alternatives equally in my test runs.

Constructive feedback is always appreciated, but I may not be able to come back and fix any issues due to the sheer size. Still I would like to know, whether it’s to avoid issues in any future journeys OR to decide this one merits another look.

obscure term

Fun fact:
It’s not an obscure term in most Germanic languages, as well as Yiddish.
I will say that I don’t expect to come across words I recognize from my native language (Swedish) on here.

Thank you! Before the checkpoint system, I figured a second act was already pushing it for expected completion. In my personal opinion, Act 2 is quite difficult to get through on the heels of taking longer choices in Act 1. With checkpoints added, and enough meaningful choices earlier on, I think it just barely has enough replayability to merit its final length seen here. I am hopeful that it will stoke the creative fires in someone for a similar story-based project, but even if not, it was a blast to make!

That is a fact I indeed found to be fun! When I was workshopping names I had not heard the term before, but it sounded perfect to use for this. As a bit of a cheeky reference to the ZZZ game title itself, I’m thrilled to hear I didn’t choose something that was actually never used. It’s funny how things crop up.

English is a bit of an outlier among Germanic languages in how much French it borrows.
The word that became Zaft became “sap” (plant juice) in English and fruit juice instead took the French word. Thus Zaftig is “juicy” instead of something like “safty”.

Just make sure when you’ve finished extracting from the zip that the next folder shows the journey.json:

If it shows another folder, just extract that folder out, back into the journeys folder.

You use Fap Hero: JOURNEY v.0.3.2

This goes for any other journey posted in this category. You just extract the zip folder into your journey folder and it will show up in the app’s catalogue ready to play.

I am sucker for visual novels and as straightforward this is, it got my attention.
Having each girl as their own episode gives shorter scripts visibility that I would normally pass.

Thank you SaekoM for making the program, thank you to all busy scripters, and thank you Ultari123 for making this and showing what this program is capable to.

This looks incredible and very much in-line with other projects I’ve loved here on ES…

However the file size is over 20gb now and I can no longer import it from your MEGA as a result due to the 20gb file size limit for free accounts.

Would you consider splitting this in to a multi-part zip or rar file so those of us on free accounts can get it more easily? Even better if you could do 4.9gb chunks which will let us fully utilize our daily bandwidth limit (and grab using multiple PCs to speed things up).

I can’t split it mainly due to it being a saved ZIP file- breaking it into pieces is a bit outside my realm. Is there a similar issue with the alternative download link SaekoM shared using GoFile? It’s a couple replies down from the main topic, he was nice enough to provide hosting as well.
