I’ve been trying to get this thing to pair for almost a month no luck. Tired of trying. Tired of this of these stunningly atrocious companies customer service. My initial offer is $30 easy bucks. I’d like to get it done over a short phone call.
For how long do you have Launch? There is a possibility that bluetooth just died and in that case your only solution might be replacement.

Had 2 Launch, in both the bluetooth connection was not working. I even bought a replacement chip and replaced the “broken” one on the board. That did not work
