Add generic Twist axis to for SLR scripts

Tool adds a twist axis to existing SLR scripts. The twist axis moves along the up/down stroke.

Instructions:
On github click the green button → download as zip. extract
Install python if required.
place script in input folder and run add_twist_axis.py

DEOVR accepts single files only so I included another script that merges all files into one.
