Alternatives to services like BuyMeACoffee for tipping?

I was interested in using www.buymeacoffee.com/ to allow people to tip, but Ive seen posts on here saying that they arent at all NSFW friendly and you will get banned and lose your funds if they find you post anything NSFW related.

Are there any good alternatives to BuyMeACoffee that are less prudish? Specifically looking for one that supports once of tips as opposed to services like Patreon which emphasise recurring payments

Subscribestar is very NSFW friendly and doesn’t require PayPal, so maybe have a look if you can set it up to work for you?
You can also sell “symbolic” content on gumroad (like Erobian does for erobianfuncript.com points: https://erobian.gumroad.com/).

Both look like they have some potential. I have to do a bit more digging to see if Subscribestar allows tipping. Looks like they have a partner platform called Dropp for it. But also trying to see if it can be done using Subscribestar alone
