I was wondering if there is multiplayer game that is compatible with The Handy. Connect both, RPG/Story style, or really any other way. Curious because I wanted to play with someone together while using The Handy. If not, what are alternative recommendations for mutual fun? Ideally gamified.

The only thing I can think of thats any good is vrchat with osc goes brrrr. Thats alot of work cuz you need a headset, learn how to upload avis and actually hook up with ppl who wanna do erp.
Id recommend only using vibrating toys tho cuz strokers can freak out.
Just futanari is dead 99% of the time anyway, and is limited to anime futas wheras VRC you can slap fun bits onto any model you have the files for.
This, i already do lol. Sadly i havent come up with game ideas for VRC though. I just like toy games for the fun of skill needed, or reaction time, precision being hard to do, punishment for doing bad etc, basically like defeat mods for games like skyrim etc.
I will say though i like making new stuff for vrc to integrate, shits a blast.
Eh theres plenty you could do for game worlds. Like dance dance revolution that activates when you hit the moves. or integrate sps plugs into a world and have a bullet hell or horror chase game.It would just take alot of effort
My game has experimental multiplayer support, it’s kind of like a sexualized mario party
You play fap hero videos against each other and see who makes it the furthest. You can disrupt each others play with antiperks

VRChat has already been mentioned, you got to invest some time to get into groups that do as i understand it.
Skyrim and Fallout has had some mods that can interact with Sextoys as far as i know. Your Primal resource there would be over at loverslab.com
Why i mention it is because there could be a possible route in those games as there are MP mods in development. But that would need further research.
If you are tech savy and want a custom solution to hook two devices together for said idea, drop me a dm and i can point you to some custom stuff that could help you out. But that needs some doing before it works.
