Wondering, some people here make money creating scripts for certain sites, e.g SLR.
Is it allowed for amateurs to share scripts they created for videos of these sites as well?

tl;dr Yes.
On this forum you are free to share any script that you create (though the videos must not violate basic ethics -not that this was part of your question). There is nothing preventing you from sharing scripts you made that someone else has already made (free or paid). While a lot of SLR and Realsync scripters are active on this forum, they are not affiliated in any official capacity.
As someone who scripts both free and paid pretty regularly, I would encourage (in a friendly way) that you try to steer clear of already scripted content, but there is nothing stopping you (and nobody should express anger or frustration if you do). In other words, if you make a script and want to share it, by all means do so!
