Automatic Edging Components - Partial Nogasm Alternative

I’ve been discussing automatic edging with some of the fine folk here and thought I would make a post for a component I made. The goal is to track pelvic floor pressure similar to the Nogasm approach (spikes in pressure = proximity to orgasm)

The Pressure Cavity Attachment fits into generic toys that use insertable vibrators. It converts the toy to a basic pressure sensor and can be used in automatic edging setups. I’m hoping it can serve as a more accessible alternative to the inflatable plug approach used in the Nogasm and Protogasm. The attachment itself can be 3D printed but the whole setup would require tubing and some hobby electronics knowledge.

In my setup, I use a SparkFun MicroPressure Sensor connected to a SparkFun Thing Plus C. Python interprets pressure over a USB-C connection which then connects to XToys via Websocket or Restim via local commands. Happy to discuss specifics further if it would be useful.

Idea is a work-in-progress and I can share the STL for this tomorrow. Hope it can be useful to someone!

Happy to discuss any changes that might be required to make it more universal.

I use an edge-o-matic sometimes, I just want to have it integrate with my osr2 instead of the vibe, the vibe is kinda boring, if there was a way to change patterns or something other than constant vibe I would probably use it more often. I do have a question here tho, wouldnt the vibe inside the pressure sensor be enough to “false trigger” from the vibe pulsing the pressure inside there?

Unfortunately the attachment replaces the vibration part you would insert, so unless the toy has some other vibrations it won’t vibrate.

In my experience its very hard to get false triggers like that. The pressure differences are very obvious for systems to track. My system uses a recent rolling average to work out an average pressure (like the nogasm) so its very clear when a true contraction comes long.

Once you have a sensor and a way to read it (I use Python), you can control a lot of things - I’ve used xtoys for vibes and restim for estim successfully. Keep an eye on Draak1’s approach - he’s creating alternative biometrics that look very promising.

Ohhhh I see it now, thats the sensor itself not a vibe unit.

I assume someone could figure a way to connect it to MultiFunPlayer and adjust the Speed Limiter on the main axis. That would be awesome!
