Can't get Handy Control to load script

I’m having difficulty using Deovr mobile with handy control. When I load the video in DeoVR I get this error in handy control:

12:17:19.174 - DeoVR - Connected
12:17:22.518 - Error in : DeoVR.GetScriptForVideo - The given path’s format is not supported.
12:17:36.589 - Error in : DeoVR.GetScriptForVideo - The given path’s format is not supported.

It seems like it’s trying to fetch the script but can’t. The script folder only contains funscripts with no duplicates and is located locally on pc. The video is playing via xbvr deovr integration.

Any help appreciated.
