Is there any maintenance work happening on the website? I can’t see any picture or download anything from forum. I’m new here, so should I know something about how this website work?

It could be an issue that has occurred before where some ISP block IP:s / IP ranges due to spam/malware etc. It is not this site that is the culprit, but other domains hosted at the same host provider (many sites are hosted on the same IP/IP range). The blacklisting is blunt and doesn’t pinpoint the bad site, they just block the IP or IP range, which means that innocent sites are affected as well.
