Ctrl-A will select all the points in the script, and shift-left/right will move them on the timeline. To check for accuracy, go to a part of the video with faster movement, and you’ll notice the frames are blurry, but get clear for top/bottom of the movement, so it’s easy to tell where the top/bottom points of the script should be.
You can also do it with ScriptPlayer. In the Script menu, you can shift the entire script forward or backwards by an amount of time you set. This is super super basic, but it gets the job done without pulling out a full scripting program.
