I see there are so many dead videos on the site. Is it possible to have a report button to notify the creator to update the link? People should stop using SB for source since it is removing videos daily like crazy :sweat_smile:

I guess itā€™s the chicken-egg problem. I used your website a couple of times, itā€™s much easier to browse videos new to me, but Iā€™m returning to my collection of multi-axis, theyā€™re much more fun! Single axis people donā€™t know what they are missing. :grinning:

There is a bug in the stroke limits for OSR. When the stroke limit is set to 100% and the script is at the top position, it sends the command L0000 instead of L0999. Console log:

ts=138.44403 pos=0 in ms=183
[OSR][SEND] L001I183
ts=138.711541 pos=100 in ms=789
[OSR][SEND] L000I789

Last line should be L099I789

Temporary workaround: set the stroke limit to 99%.

I was having a problem too using this yesterday. The site didnā€™t connect and said host is unreachable. When it did connect it was extremely slow

There was a downtime earlier at the company I host FapTap at. This has been resolved now.

Update 20230423

  • Feature/Improvement: Completely redesigned player
    1. It now gives visual feedback while preparing the script for The Handy
    2. You can now mute/unmute the video by clickin on the sound icon (wow, I know)
    3. Improved syncing for Bluetooth, Intiface and OSR. The actions should now sync frame-perfect. Previously there could have been an offset of up to 10ms. Linear interpolation for vibrating devices should now also be a bit better.
    4. Player should now feel more snappy and should also look better
    5. Removed the ā€œSkipā€ button for now, because there seem to be a few problems with that. I will add it again in the future
    6. If you connect your Handy mid-video, it will perfectly sync, instead of not working sometimes.
    7. Videos are now looped. This means you can now watch short videos indefinitely.
  • Fixed: Fixed major playback problems with PornHub. Some other fixes will come in the future.
  • Changed: You can now access the user menu through the sidebar on mobile
  • Changed: You can now only watch a video up to 60 seconds when you donā€™t have a device connected. FapTap is meant for users with interactive devices only.
  • Improved: Redesigned the Handy connection dialog. Itā€™s now similar to AdultSync.com
  • Improved: Made the affiliate banners smaller.

This update is only available on https://testing.faptap.net/ right now. Please test it and hopefully soon I will release it on production. (edited)

Well, i cant test this now as the site seems to be down (the debugger says a mime mismatch for both the css and js). But anyway:

One thing i often do is check how the video ends. The cumshot moments can often differ quite a bit, and to me some videos dont finish nicely. For example when they pull out they often stop stroking (which to me is a complete waste, but thats a diffirent subject). Even if the script continues off sync and keeps stroking, it to me is a quite bad way of finishing, and often a key aspect to avoid a video.

For this being able to look further is welcome. I know why you are limiting this though, but maybe there is an other way to handle this. And opening the source is a way, but at the same time to me feels like a step that isnt needed.

In the end its a script pattern though that the scripter decides, so maybe giving them some capabilities of marking the diffirences for these things could be done. Even if they only need to give a rough indication of a cumshot moment, that moment could be used to also enable 30s viewing from that point besides the normal 60s.
