Each animation has an swf and a json file, you will need to download both and place them in the animations-as2/3 folder. The swf file is the actual animation, where as the json file stores all the scripting data.

Nico Robin.json doesn’t download for me for some reason

So for some reason all these animations are all in one folder, with no indication which needs the as2 folder, and which needs the as3 folder.

So I fixed that:

2 .7z files, one with all the animations-as2 animations, and the other with all the animations-as3 animations.
