Free tool to cut and join video?

I am looking for a free tool to cut and join videos that don’t force me to change the resolution of the video.

Trying to make VR PMV, which I will share once completed.

Any suggestion?

if you’re comfortable using the command prompt, FFMPEG is your friend.

You can use it to cut/trim out the parts of the video you want (tutorial) and then again to merge/concat the parts (tutorial)
