With a third party firmware (such as Khrull’s) the OSR2 has a vertical range of 150mm. However it follows a curved path and the receiver can tilt and hit the case at the bottom-most position, so in reality you can’t use that 150mm to the maximum.
One uses a cheaper servo (FT5325) which makes more noise. Best to contact seller via AliExpress with your questions.

I’d go with MultiFunPlayer. You’ll also need a video player to go with it, I use MPV but there’s a range that’s supported by MultiFunPlayer.
What was your power supply unit? It comes quite odd that you are manipulating the current instead of voltage.
A 6V10A DC adapter is all I need to power all the servos on my OSR2+. Some servos also runs at 5V.
It has been fixed. The issue was that the original UPS express shipping price was set at the standard rate, and discounts for different countries can be configured. There was an error with the discount setting for France, but it has now been successfully corrected.
I wonder how it compares to a modded handy.
I modded mine some time ago with better grease and a stronger mounting bracket on the slide. My handy is much faster than when I got it. Not much more powerful though. I would need a bigger strap to try one of my bad dragons out and see if that works though, I doubt it will have enough force to get around my massive dick.
Generally speaking, most devices use stepper motors for cost considerations. However, both SR1 and SSR1 are supposed to be brushless motors. So theoretically, brushless motors are likely to be more expensive, have lower energy losses and better performance.

Stability
In terms of stability, Handy is superior to SR1. The reason is that they have been sold for many years and in large quantities. Therefore, the overall stability and user-friendliness of the device are better than those of SR1.
Performance and Cost
Our company is quite small, so our operating costs are low. As a result, the hardware cost of Handy is definitely not as high as that of SR1. For most single-axis devices, they use stepper motors and screw rod structures, which are cheaper. However, their performance cannot be compared with that of brushless motors. So in terms of performance alone, SR1 is definitely much better than Handy. But I’m not sure exactly how much the performance difference is.

I have some problems believing reviews with affiliate links, they are biased 98/100 times unfortunately. In addition, what speed does it have a flashlight running at? Handy can move a Fleshlight but it will overheat if you go full speed over time. If you go at half speed (a little faster than most competitors) you can use a Fleshlight without overheating issues.
I have not done extensive test, but based on the physical dimensions it is not possible to get 2x the power as Handy (1000g sleeve vs 500g). My guess is that it is somewhere between 0.7-1.2x Handy power.
