TL/DR : Is there a way to use a tag-filter to search for specific tagged content AND exclude specific tags
at the same time?
Edit: I just found the preference options and tracking/muted tags, so i could fix a part of my problem already. 
Reading actually does help. Yet, the tl/dr question still stands since it would be nice to not have to mute/unmute tags.

since there are now groups that reliable filter certain content via multiple tags (talking about the
YallNeedJesus and NoDegeneracyPlz) i was wondering if there are plans for the user to add groups
(private) to set permanent tag-filters.
Example since i am not a vr user and i am looking for a longer video/script (len-60-plus) that isn’t hentai
(real) and not vr (non-vr) via the advanced filters (and clicking the all the above tags) in the
search function with a search-string looking something like this :
“SearchWord Scripts > Free Scripts tags:real+len-60-plus+non-vr”
Now, since the “real” tag isn’t as common used i will miss out on all videos that might interest me but are
missing the “real” tag, yet leaving it out will flood the results with hentai since afaik there is no way to
specifily exclude certain results in tags.
If there allready is a way and i am just to stupid to use i will be thankfull for help.
