Hi, new Handy user here (also have a kiiroo).
Everytime my Handy Stokes down it seems to hit the bottom of it`s limits and makes a loud clicking sound.
Maybe i just missed a step. I just hope its not broken.

Go one since 3 weeks and it’s the same. Maybe move the minimum point a bit higher can reduce this noice. I will try later today
I only had that problem when i used fleshlights with it, but what cerbere said could also help
Weirdly, this regularly pops up for me, and all I have to do to fix it is unplug it and plug it back in.

Same, unpluggin from power and plugging back in usually fixes it for me.
The unplugging worked. Thanks for the easy fix!
