I own that Tennis Girl but have not tried it with my Handy. I do not recommend it as I believe it is too heavy, I tried another onahole at just 240grams and even then it seemed like the Handy slowed down a bit (although not sure if its because this one is pretty tight).

My guess not realy. But that depends on a few factors
How much can it stretch? its 8cm in length while 11 would be recommended as thats the motion length. too short and you are guaranteed to slip out.
The gripping point. the image does show its narrow at 1 section, but sometimes when your dick is in, this might not be the case anymore. This can mean it slips, which especialy with shorter sleeves is likely.
What scripts will you use, the faster the script, the more stable the sleeve must grip the strap. You dont want to slip out at higher speeds, and even while the handy sleeves can, they generaly move out slowly so you have time to notice it.
And keep in mind slipping out is dangerous, you should avoid this risk at all cost. paying more for a sleeve is worth it if that guarantees you are safer. Dont cheap out on this. Once your dick gets damaged, its permanent.
Tenga twists while also allowing slipping, at least have the length to avoid slipping there.
Looking at alternatives that are still quite cheap, i saw there:
These are 13cm which means length wise they shouldnt cause you to push them out of the strap.
Of course, in some cases you can decide to cut some lines into a sleeve yourself to provide a gripping point for the handy. But that is something i normaly wouldnt recommend.

I am pretty sure they are identical to Mr. Member sleves (Ripple structure and Nubby I think they are called)

A lot of toys are just rebrands of the same. Especialy with very cheap designs this is a common thing.
Brands like tenga, fleshlight, satisfyer are obviously known enough to not do this. But this is no guarantee that brands arent doing this at all. Even more expensive brands do occasionaly do this because it just ‘completes’ the amount of options they provide.
Most of the time if the images look very similar, its the same product. It often doesnt even matter if one of them is chinese and the other one isnt. A lot of brands just import those products from china and you are just getting the same quality
Quality control checks do at least provide some guarantee here though, but depending on which store you are using, this might already have been handled there. The better the store reputation, the more likely its at least good. And note, ali isnt one of those, and even amazon does have its issues making it highly unreliable for some items (of which sex toys are one: dropshipping is highly popular).
Can too tight cause that as well? That is, should I avoid using anal toys for it? I own this and not sure If its safe (VERY tight).
The lotus sleeve of handy is very tight on its own. So on that its not a problem. But the sleeve then does need some ridge for the strap to grab onto. Mostly one at the base since its most likely to push it out on the downstroke.
Looking at that sleeve, it looks like the base is wider than the middle, so the strap should get enough grip there. But as usual with those images, you never see it when the cock is fully in it. So no idea there.
But too much variety and fast strokes will cause problems on the upstroke. So its not like you are supposed to have a extremely wide base either. Its a neat balance you need to look for. And sadly on that i can only say one thing: you wont know until you tried it.
Its very easy to notice when a sleeve doesnt work, and sadly this does sometimes mean you wasted money (unless you also sometimes use toys without the handy for which these then arer a good alternative).

Sounds very interesting, although I think Fleshlight material feels a lot better than the TPE material used in official Handy sleeves. Might stick to FL anyway but would love to try these. Will probably go for the close-ended one.

Could be interesting when things get very fast. Interested to hear about red zone behaviour. Really wonder why there is no simple TPE tube available
I plan to get these when they hit Amazon. I think these will be nice since I usually flipped the Truegrip 2 inside out for less stimulation anyways.

I like that it’s thinner, more flexible and for longer serssions.
The open ended one (Flow) is 9.6cm and the closed one (Pod) is 13.6cm. They should made a longer version with a special mounting system or mountable container. We’re gonna put heavy sleeves and mounts on handys anyway so they might as well just make their own.
Until then I’ll probably stick to my FL and FL knockoffs too.
Yes I agree they should have made them longer, particularly the pod. Hopefully it’s flexible enough to fit me.
