I’m sure there is a lot of technical reasons why it would not be possible, but I thought about this the other day and wanted to share.
Imagine a scene with two girls and you want a different texture or tightness for each of their pussies.
Or a scene with anal where you want a different sleeve for each hole.
The biggest issue for me would be alignment: unless you have “wide funnel” entrances, it will essentially be practically impossible for the toy to reliably put your dick into a hole without it getting stuck, or damaging your shaft, or slipping away and rubbing against your goods with the hard plastic shell.
This is already a huge issue if you happen to have a too big range of movement on a regular single-axis stroker.
I’m sure the actual engineering of it would be difficult, but definitely not impossible. But I can only foresee it actually being reliably usable with a specifically designed sleeves that align your member properly.
Looks cool! I always thought of a version with a top and bottom part. You have a lot of videos where they use their mouth and hand seperatly. Would be cool to be able to make and feel that difference.
I thought people adjust their handy to not slip out when the slider is at the max position due to the risk of injury? This design seems to rely on intentionally slipping out which I imagine could be risky.
According to the experience of using OSR2, when the amplitude of up and down movement exceeds the length, it will slide out and be hit. Because it cannot always be fixed at an angle, it will lift up. The biggest problem with this preview image is here, unless there is a fixed device below, such as an inflatable one, to create a rubber ring like effect. And it should be noted that it must be movable and locked, because everyone’s height, chair, table, and style are different. Another issue is that the usage scenario is relatively narrow, after all, it is 3P. Can it be compatible with normal 1-on-1 scenarios? How to balance the durability of internal components?
I feel like this is more trouble than it’s worth. That said, it did give me an idea to have 2 sleeves going at the same time. In case any dick owning couples want to play together

In my idea the handy was taller than the actual version so the switch was operating in case of pulling out and re-enter and usually the new penetration is quite slow and can be guided with your hand especially if anal I say that because of the risk of injury you talked about.
Usually when I pickup sleeves I choose between a stimulating one or an edging version and I would love the idea to alternate both while staying in scenario. I’ll try to think about something else 
Did you check out the Syncbot yet?
It has a “contraction” channel that can be scripted, so you could be really fancy with different tightnesses on the upward and downward strokes etc.
The problem with the syncbot is that is has big flaws. The scabbards has a chance to break which is a problem. Some had them break in 2 months one cost around $80 to replace. So it’s in my opinion a risk to invest in. But that’s just me. The machine does feel really good. But I’d rather see if they release a more improved version if they are still working on that. From what I have seen they were planning to make different scabards designs but it’s been idk 1-2 years?
This isn’t a review or saying it’s bad product just wanting to make sure if any of you are buying it to expect the scabbard to not last long.
Yes this device seams amazing but even if I ignore the lack of solidity that has been evoked by countless users in this forum, the fact that there is no VR support is just a no go for me, I use my handy and OSR exclusively with Heresphere/XBVR/SMB browse and don’t want to change that I’m very happy with that setup.
Maybe if there was a small loop loosely around your shaft that just stays at the base during normal activity. But when its time to swap it moves up to hold the tip in place for the other sleeve.
That’d be a fairly easy mod to make and install. Just need an extension with soft springs so it reaches further down than the sleeve but isn’t rigid once it pushes against the bottom.
