Handyfeeling.com / Video Lag, Stutter, always loading

All Videos on Handyfeeling.com are lagging, pausing, stuttering, loading.
No Video is playing smoothly without loading every few seconds.

Changing the video FPS on Handyfeeling.com doesn’t change anything, same result.

I tried with Opera, Firefox, Chrome, Samsung Internet Browser.
I have an Samsung Note 8 and a good Internet Connection.
