how do I completely quit/exit this site’s tutorial?
I said yes to doing it because I thought the tutorial would be on content/features specific to this site.
But the tutorial is on the underlying forum software this site uses.
I can say that I know for sure and maybe you have already tried this. Anyways, in preferences for your profile there is an option called “Skip new user onboarding tips and badges”. Maybe that is what you are looking for.
If you use privacy mode in the browser then necessary cookies might be deleted when exiting. I have a similar issue about a question about enabling notifications that I have to click away after every login.
