How to make a script?

Can someone please point me to some tutorials for scripting? I read that it wasn’t that hard to do, and there is one video that I really want a script for so maybe I should just make it myself.

I highly recommend you start out by trying to script something short and that looks “easy” to script to get a feel for scripting before you move onto bigger/harder things
