I want to connect my Osr2 to the Deovr app on quest2 so i can stream video and run scripts without needed a PC. I have the Haptics Firmware on my esp32 with Bluetooth set as an input so my osr2 shows up on the quest Bluetooth menu however within the Deovr app when I scan for devices nothing shows up. I’ve already bought a sub for SLR but i can got it to connect. Any tips and alts that does have to go through a PC?

You don’t need your PC, you can connect now directly through Haptics Connect App (you just need to follow the instructions and upfate your firmware in the link provided in the above guide)
