Just speculation from my side… are you really setting points at 100? Remember that / on the numpad is 100. Maybe you just use numpad 9 as your top point?
Im prettty sure I’m using 100. It shows in the data boxes to the right, and also in the meter box simulator. Started another project and the same thing happens- dont know what im doing wrong.
reinstalled both software and its w orkin now- must have been some settings… dont know- thanks for the support!
There is any way to use this on mobile?
No, but you could try this "Handy" Simple scripter
It’s running in your browser.
Something driving me mad on OFS is how the hell do you just GRAB the entire script, and move it… Like there’s so many old scripts where videos aren’t available anymore and all that’s left is scripts and videos that are out of sync with each other because of different lengths… And simply being able to grab the entire script in OFS and move it forward or backward X seconds would fix the script
And while trying to figure this out… I’ve somehow detached the positions window and cannot reattach it… This is by far one of the most unintuitive, un-user friendly pieces of software EVER made… Nothing does what you’d expect from a common sense perspective
Ctrl-A selects all points (standard shortcut in most applications). Then you can move everything using shift + left/right arrow keys.
If you know exactly how much you want to shift the script then use some other tool that allows that. https://funscript.io/modify allows you to shift the script using an offset for example.
THANK YOU! Between trying to figure out OFS and filling out this stupid PDF I need to fill out (adobe sucks my god), I was starting to lose braincells lmao
Very nice tutorials and the ai voice is good to.
I just cant start the programme. I tried every version zip or install, it pops up in taskmanager befor disapearing without a trace no error no dos window popup. I read about this issue multiple times but no solution or ideas were given.
Is there an unknown incompatibility? I couldn’t install the windows thingy from the link because i have a newer one and have to uninstall it first, what i will not do because other progs need it. Could i have blocked something because i removed unnecessary components from windows like shop or ai?
I have windows 10, intel 64gpu and amd graphics card.
The web version is working, but does it have full functionality?
A common issue is that people need to replace the mpv library dll with an earlier version. Search the OFS 3 software release thread (or other threads in the help section). There should be a handful posts about this already.
Excellent tutorial! I just finished my first two funscript drafts. They’re 3D animations so it was easy to copy and paste the action precisely. This saved a lot of time, but I’m wondering if it makes sense to manually go back through and slightly adjust some of the timings to make it feel more dynamic. How desirable is that?
In the bottom left you can see that I was manually tuning the top and bottom of the bounces each time, but then I just copy and pasted the last bit over and over.
Thinking on it, I could add variability to three or four thrusts and repeat them. I’m just wondering how noticeable it is when in use. I’d be grateful to hear any of your thoughts. Hope this is an acceptable place to post this, if there’s somewhere better please point me in the right direction.
Thank you it worked. You saved my sanity or whatever left of it xD. Is the older mpv1 dll affecting anything?
I haven’t read that anyone has had issues by downgrading mpv.
If you want to be extra accurate, this is the workflow I’d use since the animations are usually repetitive:
- Copy the first stroke without detail (only the most top and bottom point) until the pace changes.
- Adjust the first and last point to make it as accurate as possible.
- Equalize the created part of the script so all strokes have the same pace and duration.
- Check if the script follows action just to be sure.
- Add details to the first few strokes.
- Copy the detail to the rest of the script -OR- delete everything you created after the first few strokes and copy the remaining part (probably faster, but needs extra check at the end).
This way you can get even better accuracy than 1 frame with standard workflow, but it also can make the script more repetitive. It’s up to you what you want to achieve - as long as the points are not totally out of place it should be fine.
Thank you so much for the reply! I decided to try putting your advice into practice with a brand new script. After copying the first few strokes the thrusting by the end is only off by a single frame of a 120 FPS animation. I’m guessing it’s not even worth equalizing at that point. Holy shit dude you’ve actually given amazing advice. Using undo and redo I looked all throughout the script after equalizing it like you said and it brings everything into frame perfect alignment! That is such a neat trick.
The penetration in this animation is highly detailed. I think it’s gonna be a lot more challenging than the last one I was working on.
Hello, I never made or edited a script. But I have a need so I wish to ask some info please. can you tell me how to edit existent scripts to remove and substitute loud parts of the scripts with low noise one? The problem for me is that I have other people sleeping in my house and during night it could be a problem with loud noise if use the Handy. Vibrations, fast strokes, maybe I can’t fix everything for my needs but I could choose scripts that are already close to be quiet/ slow, then edit only the parts where it’s not. Any suggestions please? At the moment, without editing skills I choose only slow scripts (which is my favourite type of scripts but that is a coincidence) but those are a bit rare, especially for VR, even paid ones if I looked well the heat maps.
I know this isn’t monitored by script makers much but I am wondering if there’s a simple way to make it control the handy’s speed instead of manually having to go up and down? sort of like triggers/events at points that just go set speed = 30 or anything to just control the speed with one event. im trying to do a 40 minute video and it just needs to be basic like that.
Don’t know anything specific like that but if that’s all you want to do you can just do a simple stroke with only top and bottom points of the desired speed and copy and paste that for the duration you want, repeat this for all the sections and you’re done, it still takes time but it should be rather quick to do compared to normal scripting.
make simple pattern, copy/paste.
Now copy paste the the double pattern.
Again, now copy paste quadruple pattern
etc ![]()
There are more scientific ways to do it, but I bet this will still be faster.
