If I’m not mistaken, the audio waveform is based on ffmpeg. OFS downloads it automatically, but that is probably using a Windows path and binaries for Windows unless that has been fixed in the Linux fork.
Maybe this question is better suited in the OpenFunscripter on Linux thread or a separate topic in the help section since Linux version is rather new compared to the original OFS.
