In the process of making jav scripts, I also need to make some subtitles (srt), but often some javs have few people to make finished subtitles. Is there any app, software or website that can translate videos? Please help me and in the future the scripts and subtitles I create will be given away to everyone for free.

Hi, yeah there a few ways
i tried this and it worked pretty okay although there is a lot of work involved How to create subtitles for a scene (even if you don't understand the language)
There is Adobe Premiere, cant say much about it.
And there is that here Faster-Whisper - Translate video and audio files which is the fastest i know so far
