Issues connecting my new Onyx+ to Initface. Help!

When I try to connect my Onyx+ to Initface Central this is the error, in the log file. It says it connects for just a second and then there are two errors and it disconnects. Here is a screen capture of the connection log

If anyone can help me with this, I would be very thankful.

Did you pair the device in Windows? If you already did, try to remove it and pair it again. Sometimes this worked for me.

It won’t pair in windows either. windows doesn’t even see it.

Damn didn’t have that issue myself, sorry. Maybe best to contact Kiiroo directly.

When it came from them, I took the lid off and the thing fell apart. I pushed it back together. So maybe this one is messed up. Kiroo is sending a replacement.
