Keon Stops Mid Use (Modded with power supply)

I’m currently using a Kiiroo Keon that’s modded with a power supply. During my 3rd marathon use (3+ hours) this problem started occurring. The Keon would power off by itself. I can turn it back on, it connects, but powers off itself after about 1-3 minutes. I didn’t have any issues during my first 2 marathon uses but this 3rd one did go a little long than usual… Does anyone have any experience with this? I’m afraid I might have fried the motor…

  1. What happens if the motor is fried? Does it simply not move?
  2. Is there a way to fix/remove the motor?
  3. Does anyone have any experience as to why the Keon is powering off by itself even when modded to a wall plug?

Sounds like thermal protection. Motor is getting probably too hot therefore shutting it down.
