Kiiroo Keon Bluetooth not detected by PC

My PC has basically been reset, so I have to set everything back up, and my PC is just refusing to acknowledge that my Keon exists at all. My phone detects it just fine, but no matter what I do I can’t seem to make it detect it and I’m kind of at the end of my rope here

Does anyone have any insight or advice that might be able to fix it?

Anything else works with your PC’s bluetooth?

Not a Keon, but my Launch’s BT died suddenly and I never managed to revive it; even with another BT dongle.

How are you connecting it to your computer? Are you connecting it with software like Buttplug.io? The Keon can’t connect to a computer’s Bluetooth directly, it’s gotta be through a program that can connect to it

Yeah I’ve tried but it just isn’t appearing

I haven’t tested anything else since all I have is headphones that are a pain to do, I don’t think it’s an issue with the Keon because it works with my phone. I will probably test the Bluetooth today with my headphones

I was asking this because if the Keon works on your phone then it might be your PC’s bluetooth that is not functionning correctly.

Yeah I figured, I also forgot to test my headphones lmao, gotta get it done today
