Just bought a Keon. Ist time using it I was disappointed when full strokes and fast strokes cause it to slap and clank loudly at the extent of the stroke. Just when I was beginning to enjoy, slap, slap clank, and now I’m distracted and irritated. Is this standard Keon performance? Is there a fix to this issue?
Happen to me too ya gotta take it apart and tighten middle that holds the bolt that makes it go up n down … i had to mess with around with it a few times tighten too hard and grind going up n down if ya go too lose the bolt will pop off… you’ll need a small Allen wrench once you take off the the top and bottom apart… you’ll see it right in the middle

Mine just started doing this as well and my lead screw seems nice and tight. I adjusted the script minimum time, speed and range a few single digits and that seemed to reduce/stop it from happening for now.
Are you talking about the screw connection to the motor or the screw to the sleeve carriage?
Thats what I did, adjusted the range to max of 94%. That kept it from slapping the stop at the end of the lead screw.
