Been using lube life for awhile, recently got a bottle of Fav. Both are about the same, the Fav is slightly thicker. What I find really makes a difference is adding water. If you have some water based lube, give it a shot. I’ll start a session and about 3-4 minutes in, add 1-2 teaspoons of water. Really loosen things up and increases the slide.
I mean, I don’t want to buy a bunch, but…

Should be able to get this at amazon.
Lasts a freakishly long time, and is easy to clean up.
No smell, and is great on sensitive skin.
A little goes a LONG way.
have only used a few but my top 2 fave’s are
little packets they give you with the fleshlight but maybe that has more to do with having a new toy 
and lube X someone here recommended a few years ago and I am still on the first bottle works really well from day 2-14 after and before it will dry out fast

K-lube is awesome, its super slick and I can change the consistency when I want to switch it up. I used to use gun oil h20 but I would go through a 32 oz bottle every month which was too expensive.
So, I got some of this based on what you said about it. Alas, I get a mild reaction to this stuff. I’m sure it’s fine in of itself. But I cannot use it. I’ve gone back to the Tenga Hole Lotions. Thank you anyway for the suggestion, Baxtyr.
No worries and tbh I’m glad its not selling out again. I havent gone too far fown the lube rabbit hole so i wouldnt be surprised if there were much better ones. Also probably depends on the level of friction happening in your sleeve. Good luck all

for the handy, im just using my old fleshlube that i got in my fleshlight using days, its worked well for me so far but i often wonder if there is better
I also bought some based on your recommendation and love it!
It’s my favorite so far out of what I have tried so far (Fleshlube normal as well as ice/heat, Astroglide, Swiss Navy, Gun Oil, Onatsuyu Pussy Juicy Lotion [lol 
], Meiki Bliss, and Zhang Xiao Yu Love Lotion).
It has the crazy slickness of the Japanese onahole lubes but lasts for a good while longer before getting thick/sticky. I find myself having to use very little water, if any, during my sessions depending on how long I go and which toy I use. Definitely would recommend this stuff. Thanks for the tip!

I’ve stuck with Onatsuyu the longest, its thick and smooth, non irritating, no smell or hard to get off residue afterwards.
It does need to be rewet with a spray bottle fairly often every 5-10 minutes I find, depends on the script and sleeve. But I still havent found a water based lube that doesn’t do this.
I took out my old bottle of Gun Oil H2O and gave it another shot and I think for high intensity scripts with fleshlights or any sleeve that has airflow this is the best, it stays slick like oil without having to rewater or relube much.
I wish it was thicker like Onatsuyu and there was a way to lock the spout so I can just throw it in a box with the rest of my OSR2 stuff but it’s pretty damn good.
Tried: the different types of Tenga hole lotion, Gun Oil H2O, Tomax Insomnia (sample), Astroglide, probably some samples I forgot
Need to try: Shibari Ultrasmooth like mentioned above in this thread, and Virgin Loop The Master Lotion, supposedly that surpasses Onatsuyu. Next time I buy an onahole I’ll toss that one in.
I gave Xesso creamy a try and I really like it. Forget where I saw it recommended. Rarely have to re-lube unless I do a poor initial job.
Generally I just give a small pump into the sleeve, and another along the entrance for easy insertion. Then I let gravity do some work with the sleeve tilted up, insert and give it a spin or two. This way the lube is only in the toy and not on my hands.
I use Gun Oil h20 to get started, and x-lube once I get going. The combination seems to be ideal for me.
Returning to this thread to say i’ve tried Shibari Ultrasmooth and Virgin Loop The Master since then…
And The Master lube is my new all time favourite lube for everything (onaholes and fleshlights).
Not too runny or thick, retains wetness pretty well, no smell, no sticky residue and cleans well.
The big 400ml bottle has a nice nozzle on it so you can inject lube deep into your sleeve and any other specific areas.

A few months of experimenting and I found a combination that seems to be the most durable I’ve tested… “refreshes” with a spritz of water, and cleans up easily.
X-Lube made to directions, 2 capfuls for 500ml/16 oz of warm water. When mixed, add 2-3oz of Fleshlight Slide (their anal lube), mix again and let stand. The Slide is really dense, viscous, and all by itself has a slightly “greasy” feel - it’s fine in the sleeves by itself, but gets tacky pretty easily if you’re having longer sessions or using a shorter sleeve that leaves your skin exposed to drying. The X-Lube has a big improvement to that aspect - and because it’s a LOT cheaper, you really just need enough of the Slide to introduce whatever that chemical is, for the lubes to mutually extend their durability.
I did similar mixes with Gun Oil, Fleshlight regular, and a JO brand made for sleeves. But the Slide combination seems to give the longest lasting, slippery-est option. All water based lubes dry out - a little spray/mist bottle of warm water nearby, applied in between strokes, and you’ll find you’re cutting lube use in 1/2 at least.
The mix is real thick, and does put an audible strain on the iLube pump system. To address this and extend the hydration, take the “concentrate” mix and double it with warm water. It’ll flow much better and supplement the lube in the sleeve/on you with the added water. Run this system in a Mouth sleeve and when the i-Lube triggers you’ll swear it feels like a sloppy, drooly blowjob.
Fleshlight Slide comes in 4 or 8oz bottles and it’s not real cheap - but mixing up a pint of lube at a time with just a couple ounces of it, a bottle should last you for a month, easy, if you’re playing around a few times a week. X-Lube tends to go south (precipitate will form in the solution) after ~7-10 days, but adding a lube with preservatives does seem to keep it much longer at room temp. Just extrapolating use - if I made a quart of this batch, and used it 2x a day every day, it’ll last 2 weeks.

I get Onatsuyu Lotion by Toys Heart when I’m shopping for onaholes. I mix my own K-Lube when that runs out.
I’ve also tried a few by Kiteru Kiteru. Hanjuku Succubus Magic Kaizo Lotion Extra-thick is a thick and sticky lube that goes well with stimulating toys. Hanjuku Succubus Magic Remodeling Lube Super Collaboration Yumeno Shiori is a more runny one that goes well with anything.

How would it being thick make it better?
You feel less of the toy’s texture if there’s a thick, gel-like layer of lube sits in between.
