What lube is the opposite of this?

Watery and runny ones.

Can you provide a name of one you’ve used?

I repeat - Hanjuku Succubus Magic Remodeling Lube Super Collaboration Yumeno Shiori is one that’s on the watery side. Mid-to-runny to be specific.

Also there’s Astroglide, the purple one. It’s the best runny lube I’ve ever used.

I don’t usually read whole threads so I didn’t see that

K-lube is my go to now. I used Astoglide toy joy for the longest time, then I decided to try k-lube. Im sure X-lube is just as good but I havent tried it yet. I was going to try J-lube but fortunately I did the research first and found out about the short shelf life. I just looked it up on amazom to see when I bought it. December 2023, lolz I still have half of the 7oz powder, so for $40 Im gonna get probably 3-4 years out of it. Frugal…

What’s your K-lube recipe?

I do about 3/4 teaspoon per 250 ml water, I like it a bit thinner. the regular recipe on the bottle says 2 teaspoons per 500ml. I also have a bottle of straight water to drip in the sleeve during longer sessions. I also mix it up a day in advance, it really does take a while to fully ā€œcureā€ or whatever you want to call it. it is very stringy so I recommend getting a squeeze bottle with a cap so when you cap it it cuts the drip rather than stringing all over. oh and 1 more thing do not use an immersion blender to mix it, lol, it never sets up.

Thanks - I’m currently going even thinner than you, using about 1/4 teaspoon in 190cc water. And I mix it 50/50 with Gun Oil H2O because by itself it still feels too thick

Just out of curiosity, are you using full sized fleshlights? I do sometimes, but mostly I use quickshots for longer sessions.

I’m only using the full sized ones (Fleshlight Girls)

Started using Liquid Silk a couple years ago and never looked back. It is a hybrid lube - mostly water-based but with some silicon. Creamy not watery, doesn’t dry out and stays in the sleeve better than any water based I tried. Used it for a long time with Handy and Fleshlight sleeves.

Have you had any degradation at all with it for the fleshlight sleeves? I thought silicone wasn’t safe for them, but it does look like it’s only a small amount in this.

No haven’t noticed degradation

Just a head’s up for sensitive skin people - Liquid Silk has a non-neutral Ph, and some people have had issues with epithelial cell sloughing…outer layer of skin cells getting fried out and ā€œpillingā€. My partner has typically had a lot of chemical sensitivity with lubes, and when we’ve been marathon’ing it up, we won’t use Liquid Silk because it does start to sting during and after.

I noticed I’ve got drier skin after as well, and am more sensitive to lubes/lotions afterwards - again talking long use.
Silicone is also bad news for a lot of toys - degrading the material isn’t noticeable instantly, but it will break down a lot of toys over time, even if it’s suspended in a hybrid. Silicone is also non-conductive, and will affect e-stim electrode contacts, and I can attest that Liquid Silk and other hybrids will quickly break down conductive rubber and silicone.

FWIW, it’s great for shorter-session, intense fuckin, though, and it cleans up well from bedding, leather, harnesses, rubber, and rope.

Lots of the ā€œthis is bad for vagina pHā€ lube ratings and reviews out there are all about promoting Sliquid… There has to be some affiliate marketing out there, because we’ve tried all the various types they put out: they dry out faster, sting, or aren’t very durable. Same sites tend to knock down the ones we found work well for us - Liquid Silk, Naughty Jane’s Sex Sauce, and X-Lube mix (full strength it’s fantastic for pegging). Honestly, I’d avoid any Sliquid entirely.
