Is that somehow possible? I have blocked a user but his stuff still shows up after searching for tags.

Not possible w/ vanilla Discourse. You can however use userscripts to achieve the effect:

The userscript don’t work for search results either. When browsing tags don’t search them up, add them to your sidebar and visit them from there.
