Need a little help while recording/ scripting with mouse

hey need a little help got the first script I Got right while using the mouse i move on to the next script and then this happens top one is before the simplify function and then after the first part of script had no problems when i got back to editing the script and i did the next section that’s when i ran into problems i don’t know if i need to turn something off or if i have something on Thanks
