I exported a script from OFS, and the exported script is all there, but then there is like 3 extra hours of blank tacked to the end of it. It does not show up in heat map, and only when I select script only mode in script-player do I see that there is actually a ton of blank space at the end.
If there are actions after the video ended you could open it in ofs go to the end of the video and Select->Special->Select all right and hit delete.
How you managed to do this remains a mystery.

Looking at the source code Select all right selects from the current position to the video duration 
ctrl+a then deselect everything with mouse while holding ctrl and then delete should work
