i was wondering if there is any software for the osr2 on esp32 that is able to work just by hooking it up to pc, no bluetooth needed.

The normal means of communication is an emulated serial port over USB.
Perhaps the most common software to use at this point is MultiFunPlayer.
Another one is JoyFunPlayer. You can also use Intiface Desktop, which is multi-toy middleman software used by other players, like ScriptPlayer.
If you do searches in these forums for those, you’ll probably find what you need to get started. Spend some time trying to figure things out, then ask more specific questions if you hit a wall.
