The videos to these are great. The downside for me is the music. For those of you great contributors that do these, is it possible to make the same version without the music and just the audio from the clips put together ?

Yeah, the music can really ruin some of the great movies.
From what I know, there is no way to do it.
In the video editing software you have a video track(s) and an audio track(s).
For the audio tracks: The original video sound is either there, but muted, is there, but mixed with the music or the video editor didn’t even pull the original audio.
Below the original audio (if pulled), the editor picked the music for the video. When the video is done, the video gets rendered and the different video clips and tracks and audio clips and tracks become one video. When opening this video into an editing software, you will only find one video track and one audio track. In the audio track, the original audio (if there) is mixed together with the music. There is no more way to isolate the original audio from the music.
