@quickfix Post processing for OFS MTFG can help spare tons of time scripting and it makes it possible to use MTFG with a lot of camera movement. I am quite sure not many of you are aware on how helpful the quickfix Lua macros are.
So here is how
So I started a MTFG one point Douglas-Ramer 42 and this is the output. It seems inverted as next movement should be up. So I press “invert”.
Looks usable now but going through all the lows and highs to adjust would make quite some work. I know the scene goes on forever like this so I use “continue min max”.
Now this looks great already but there is a pause at the bottom I need at every lowpoint so I mark the range after the pause, this is important or the outcome will distort.
Press repeat pattern
now each lowpoint gets a pause. The lowpoints are moved atm I hope quickfix will change that.
You will have to still check all points for accuracy as the MTFG endpoints are not bad but often shifted by a click or two. The steady heights should be set for each top I asked quickfix for a macro to run through them quickly.
Hope this helps
