Review - SR6 All the Way
I’ve been abusing the SR6 from M0SAIC for a few months and the build quality is amazing and M0SAIC has been very helpful troubleshooting the two technical issues I had upon delivery (flashed as OSR2 so it moved all backwards and the t-valve servo arm needed to be reset) and I can count on their continued support in the future.
When I first considered the device, I was wary or the printed plastic arms as other sellers used metal but after hundreds of hours running full tilt the only damage I have had was to the printed desk mount due to me over tightening it plus the vibration causing the c-clamp to become a (-clamp months later. Considering any vesa mount is compatible it’s a perfectly acceptable failure point for the heavy load the device was subjected to, better than an arm snapping 
Along with the base 6 DOF, the heating sleeve work wonders, although I think a way to adjust temp on the fly would be great to cool things off during long sessions. The i-lube pump is a huge quality of life improvement for anyone who completes longer sessions, just make sure your sleeve is inserted properly, or lube will go down the side of the sleeve instead of the main channel, can be a pain removing the heated holder out of the retention ring when new to get the sleeve in properly but just means it won’t pop out on its own. The twist isn’t for everyone but when a video/script has it you will be glad you have the functionality, pure bliss. Finally, the t-valve probably only gets its full use when on the sr6 as you almost need the power of 6 servos to fight the suck.
- Build quality 10/10 some sanding may be required if you are obsessed with smoothness
- Ease of installation 9/10 you have to know how a screw works, can’t just pull it out of the box and start like smaller devices
- Technical knowledge required 8/10 - if you can use this site, you’ll be fine
- Ease of use 10/10 install a driver and software to sync with it, essentially plug-n-play if you meet the requirement for the previous point
- Performance 9/10 - Better servos would make up that last point but then you’d be looking at a much higher purchasing price
- Maintenance 9/10 east to clean easy to upgrade, quick connects / thumb screws would be nice but rare it even needs to be disassembled often
- Noise level - full movement, twist, and suction - med to max speed no load and measured from 1 meter away over 60 seconds: 79.6dba avg & 87.4dba peak
- Total 5/7 perfect score

Hi. Could you please provide the maximum range of motion for each model (OSR2, OSR2+, and SR6) in terms of the distance between extreme positions in the following directions: up-down, forward-backward, and left-right?
Additionally, what is the maximum rotation angle (twist) for each model?

up-down 7 1/2 inches
forward-backward 0
left-right 0
twist ~120 degrees can be increased
SR6
up-down 6 inches
forward-backward 2 inches
left-right 3 inches

Can the up-down movement range of the SR6 be increased to 8 inches?
You might be able to with longer arms, but that will increase the load on the servos. At some point the device kinematics would fail I think, but there might be some room for extension.

Please be careful when purchasing from other vendors. I am not certain what might have gone wrong here but I had someone reach out to me interested in buying an SR6 with me after one they got from someone else tried to catch fire.
More affordable usually means cheaper parts and cheaper labor.
