Program to cut/join (merge/split) VR movies with the associated funscripts

Hello
I usually cut out parts I don’t want in my vr movies to reduce the size and remove intros etc. I use VirtualDub to cut out parts and then I join the parts with avi demux. (it also works with 8k mp4 VR movies).
Now that I discover funscripts, I wonder if there is any program that can cut and join (merge/split) VR movies with the associated funscripts?

I imagine you would have to rescript the scenes by copying and pasting from the original script using OFS or JFS.
