Has anyone else experienced really spotty connections with the quest 3? Sometimes it is fine and sometimes its connection to the network is so bad that it can’t even play local network files. I use my Quest 3 and handy in the same spot as I did my quest 2 which never had this issue. I believe the quest 3 is switching between 5ghz and 6ghz randomly which causes apps to disconnect and the handy needing to be reset. (I say this because when using the vr youtube app it will say “network disconnected” randomly throughout the video)
I have tried restarting every piece of equipment im my apartment multiple times (modem, router, Q3, the handy), set the quest 3 to a static IP, changed the network name and password, but nothing seems to fix the issue.
