[Rule Update] Artist publishing requirements

What happens if in the future the rules as a result prohibit publishing scripts made for content that that while made by said artists doesn’t have a version that fits their rules?

e.g Watermarked video is 5 minutes long but the full length video version is not watermarked.

Are we then banned from making a script and sharing it on that video version?

Also what about cases where the video quality is the only difference or clothing specific video versions? Is it okay to upscale a video then so it’s basically the same as the 4k video with the watermark?

I’m wondering of well…how restrictive could these conditions get or is there a limit already in mind? (e.g. there will never be an restriction that makes it so an script can’t be published due to the video breaking the restrictions)

Finally I’m curious as to what’s brought on this change I thought that usually content shared is named or credit is given to the creators like providing an link to the funscript or preview images? Most try to do it but there’s cases where the creator can’t be found.
I hope I’m not being pedantic with asking before anything happened yet but I’d rather ask these questions at the start before things get sticky rather than after they are like tar sticky.
