Things should be working as expected again.
I’ve moved file uploads from S3 to local storage. This should not break anything right now, but in the future when I disconnect from S3, some images that aren’t associated with posts may break. When I do make this change, I’ll be keeping an eye out for any problems.

Update: I think there’s some background processes running that are hogging a lot of the server resources. I will check back in a few hours to see if they’re done running. If not, I’ll attempt to kill these background tasks.
