SexLikeReal update: Submit Scripts Directly to the Community!

All the unconfirmed scripts (in @fuccaneer list) were uploaded by the same user, including the @flowerstrample one.

Dunno about the deactivated ones :face_exhaling:

But you’re still putting it on the script creators to pay you for a premium sub to verify that their scripts aren’t being uploaded. So you’re ok with using “stolen” scripts until you’re caught using them.

Until you figure out a way to prevent people from uploading scripts they didn’t create you’re going to have problems, especially when you’re profiting off of them.

It’s really inexplicable to me that you keep doing shit like that @Kieshi, @doublevr. Maybe we should really start sharing SLR’s AI scripts here until someone from SLR gets in touch, but no one wants them anyway.

And yet they still count towards the 3 script limit despite being free. Who even does that?

Something tells me that the paid scripter program will be “discontinued” as soon as the AI is deemed passable.

And the last 20% will be 80% of the work, but they’ll find that out the hard way.

Absolutely shameless behaviour from a low-class company.

Hey @Rakly3 @Realcumber What do you think about this?

It has been removed and thank you for the feedback, I will pass it to the team
The name is already displayed btw, if you still see ussinternal - you just need to clear the cache

What about paying the original scripter 10$ / min scriptime as compansation?
The scripter can decide SLR can keep it or not.

Maybe more.

Things always then stopped if it is to expensive. :money_mouth_face:

I dont´want my scripts on SLR sometimes.

Disgusting behaviour from a big company. If your AI scripts are so good, why even offer this. I would urge every to stop scripting videos associated with SLR for the time being.

Hi guys,

it’s Andrew from SLR and I just want to explain the situation a bit.

First of all I want to let you know we will be moving user submitted scripts to private mode. We’ve seen your feedback and we are willing to act on it, so we will disable sharing of user scripts on SLR until we figure out a way to do this so that it does not negatively affect anyone. Users will still be able to upload scripts and stream them for themselves.

Note: Because of vacations it might take a few days to implement this.

So if they upload their scripts, do they still agree to let you use them to train ScriptAI?

Also, why did these scripts count towards the monthly download quota?

We do not train our AI with these scripts, these are not reviewed by a human and could just harm our AI algorithm if they are not good. We actually verify them with our AI so that they pass minimal standards and people would not get hurt.

For download quote (and guest downloads) - we wanted to prevent abuse for someone just downloading and uploading our script vendors’ scripts. We will be implementing checks in the future so we might change that policy.

I just read the agreement above and how can it be applicable for uploaders in this case?

Section 3 indicate that this isn’t an agreement for scripters that do paid work.

  1. Remuneration. Developer shall provide Scripts to Operator free of charge and shall not expect any payment or other remuneration for such Script submission.

But section 13 requires the uploader to be a business entity, which I’m pretty sure that the vast majority aren’t:

  1. Independent Business Entity. Developer represents and warrants that Developer is an independent business entity (a corporation, limited liability company, or analogous) properly formed and in good standing in the jurisdiction in which it is formed and all jurisdictions in which Developer does business, and that Developer is not contracting hereunder as a natural person.

So basically anyone uploading a script will violate the agreement.

On a side note, by agreeing to this agreement you basically agree to the SLR interpretation that scripts are derivative works in copyright terms, which is questionable and have been discussed here many times.

  1. Limitation on Use of Scripts by Developer. Developer hereby acknowledges and agrees that each Script may be deemed a derivative work of the content upon which it is based

IMHO the agreement is very one sided. All obligations on the Developer and all rights to the Operator. So regardless of how this SLR feature turns out, read the agreements before using services so you know what you sign up for.

Ok then, so why do you make uploaders grant you the right to do so?

"5. License. Developer hereby grants Operator a nonexclusive, royalty-free, irrevocable, perpetual, non-cancelable, sub-licensable right and license to use each Script that Developer provides Operator for the purpose of (a) making available such Scripts on the Website, including, without limitation, the right to publish, display, modify, sell and create derivative works as may be necessary or reasonably desirable to accomplish the same, and (b) for research, development, and training purposes. "

Given that doublevr bragged on a data science thread on Reddit that you trained your AI on 1300 craft scripts - either you somehow got Realcumber to give you all his scripts to train AI (which he has said elsewhere he wouldn’t do), or you scraped all of our free scripts to do it. Care to explain?

Awesome its not free as you need a sub, but then again its free if you have a sub but wait no its not, its within the 3 per month DL restriction. Free scripts behind double paywall. Great…

Now it happened to me too.
User “anon4869” uploaded my script “DDFNetworkVR - Tina Kay - Blown Before Midnight - Big Tits POV” on the SLR site.
Now this script is available twice.
Please delete anon4869’s script and give him a notice not to do anything like that again!
Blown Before Midnight

This script is 100% mine and it certainly wasn’t done by anon4869!

@Anon4869 Please stop this, if I want to upload a script of mine to SLR, then only I do it and no one else!

I’m actually surprised that no paid scripts have been uploaded yet, it’s probably just a matter of time if SLR doesn’t stop this soon.
